 Four-stage coaching sessions that transition you from the turbulent state of health you're experiencing to a sense of physical well-being and mental stability.

The first stage involves releasing and expressing what's inside and identifying the predominant emotional state of fear, sadness, or anger. We then guide your nervous system to safety and relaxation, interspersed with direct applications. There is a daily follow-up for a week until the second session.

The second stage (Building) starts with listening to you and discussing achievements and challenges after the first session. Together, we investigate and clarify the causes and roots of this pain, establishing a solid foundation of habits to help you continue understanding your body and self more deeply. Practical exercises 

In the third stage, we define the desired health goal we want to achieve. I assist you in developing a suitable dietary plan (comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle perspective) and appropriate physical activity.

The fourth stage involves active follow-up and listening to the results achieved from the beginning of the sessions until the last one. It also involves applying and continuing with the agreed-upon plan to ensure stable medical conditions in all aspects of your life so you can emerge from a place of comprehensive strength and empowerment.

Personal follow-up for two weeks after the sessions."
